i18n(it): Histogram panel options and statistics, and the update notice Italian for eleven strings on main that still show in English. Only `crates/ui-egui/src/i18n/it.tsv` changes, with a new section at the end. - **Histogram panel:** Show Statistics → Mostra statistiche, Show Channels in Color → Mostra canali a colori, Uncached Refresh → Aggiorna senza cache, its tooltip, Calculating… → Calcolo in corso…, and the statistics labels Source / Level / Count / Percentile → Sorgente / Livello / Conteggio / Percentile, next to the existing Media, Dev std, Mediana and Pixel. - **Update notice:** Update and Restart → Aggiorna e riavvia, Release Notes → Note di rilascio.
