ar/wordcraft: the Assistant (Nib) and Romanian The 54 rows a96d3fa brought over from wordcraft#2600, and the "Romanian" name #24 added while #33 was open. Clean room, from the English; terms follow the existing ar rows. Checks pass (17 + 9), sync_app.py order.
