LR-CI: fix Rust 1.95 lints and standard-font menu hints
LR-CI: fix Rust 1.95 lints and standard-font menu hints With the optional craft-fonts input unset, Reference View's empty-state hint renders U+25B8 (`▸`), which none of the bundled proportional fallback faces supplies. Egui's strict missing-glyph policy panics, failing the all-view accessibility integration test. Use the already supported `→` separator consistently in runtime menu paths, including help and error messages. Migrate matching source keys in the existing locale catalogues; all 140 translated values are preserved exactly. No new asset, font provider, font policy relaxation or test skip is introduced. Also simplify three equivalent expre
