project: keep valid ROI crops on wide frames while still refusing overflow (#1577)
project: keep valid ROI crops on wide frames while still refusing overflow (#1577) Follow-up to #1569 (issue #1577), picking up @skylartaylor's review there. ## Problem #1569 stopped a hostile Render Queue ROI from overflowing the crop math by clamping every converted ROI edge to ±20 000 px. Valid frames are wider than that: a side can be 30 000 px (`limits::MAX_SIZE`), and render scale goes up to 4.0, so a valid edge can reach 120 000 px. As the review pointed out, a 30 000 × 100 frame at scale 1 with ROI `[10000, 0, 20000, 100]` comes out 10 000 × 100 instead of 20 000 × 100. On main, `Crop::edges` still has the ±20 000 clamp. ## Fix In `crates/project/src/rend
