Fonts: a missing Korean sans face falls back to a sans one (#1692)
Fonts: a missing Korean Gothic (sans) font falls back to Batang, a serif face, on Windows Split from #1690, as ticket-craft suggested. Present on `main` (`348a8a4d`). Setup: Windows 11 (Korean locale), `designcraft-cli`, base `e74208dd`. ## What happens An IDML from InDesign whose Korean text uses fonts not installed here (mostly Dotum/Gothic faces such as KoPub Dotum Bold, KHNP Han Dotum and BM Dohyeon, plus a few Myungjo/Batang ones) renders all 5,298 Hangul characters in Batang. The document changes from sans-serif to serif. The original file is a school document I can't share; I can make a synthetic file that reproduces this if useful. ## Why - `StyleTable::env_f
