feat(website): remove "Next up" teaser card from crafting apps lineup ### Summary - Removed the "Next up: More crafts on the way" teaser card from the `/apps` lineup grid. - With 12 Crafting Apps currently in the lineup, removing the placeholder card keeps the grid clean (3 full rows of 4 on desktop, 6 rows of 2 on tablet/mobile) and avoids splitting focus onto additional apps.
