ci: skip stale storyteller-docs Netlify builds ## Problem Every PR in this repo shows four failed `storyteller-docs` checks (`deploy-preview`, Header rules, Redirect rules, Pages changed). The deploy log shows the build fails before building anything: ``` No config file was defined: using default values. bash: line 1: ./script/netlify_build_docs.sh: No such file or directory In Build command from Netlify app: ./script/netlify_build_docs.sh ``` That script and the docs moved to [storytold/artcraft-services](https://github.com/storytold/artcraft-services/blob/main/script/netlify_build_docs.sh), but the Netlify site is still connected t
