opusenc: tabulate the a2nlsf cosine grid, halve its bisection, memoise pitch contour correlations
opusenc: a2nlsf root search calls libm cos about 21k times per frame; pitch contour recomputes identical correlations ## Problem `crates/opusenc/src/silk/analysis.rs`: (E1) the a2nlsf root search calls `cos` about 21,000 times per channel and frame; (E3) the pitch contour search re-evaluates identical (subframe, lag) correlations. ## Proposal / measured E1: a grid cos table 0.60-0.76x, halving the bisection steps a further 0.93x (identical on 4 SILK/hybrid configs x 90 s, formally a heuristic change). E3: memoise the correlations, 0.87x, identical (class a). A decimated first pass for the pitch search is a further candidate (`analyze` is still 33 % of SILK encode afterwards).
