Track Changes: Replace Document Text is tracked (`document.setText`)
Track Changes: `document.setText` replaces the text with no revisions ## Summary With Track Changes on, `document.setText` (Replace Document Text, the agents' command) replaces the body directly. It records no tracked deletion or insertion, so the change can't be reviewed, and Reject All can't bring the old text back. #88 was the same problem for `edit.replaceAll`, fixed by routing it through the tracked paste path. `edit.replace` and `edit.replaceAll` are tracked on current `main`. `document.setText` is the remaining command in that class: it is the only agent command that assigns `doc.body` directly.
