Security: cap the work of lifted lookups with #NUM! (#2716)
Lifted lookups (XMATCH/MATCH/XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP over an array) have no total-work cap; a 1.6 KB workbook hangs on open ## Summary Lookups whose lookup value is an array (XMATCH, MATCH, XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, LOOKUP) do work proportional to needles × lookup vector, with no cap on the total. One small formula can keep recalculation busy for hours, and `file.open` recalculates synchronously. **Location:** `crates/functions/src/lift.rs`, `call_lifted`. It checks only the output size (`rows * cols <= MAX_CELLS`), then calls the scalar lookup once per needle. Each call scans the whole lookup vector (`crates/functions/src/lookup.rs`, `find_exact`). Every array is capped at `MAX_CELLS`, but their product isn't.
