i18n: add Dutch, Danish, Swedish and Finnish interfaces
i18n: add Dutch, Danish, Swedish and Finnish interfaces Four new interface languages: Dutch, Danish, Swedish and Finnish. Each is a complete 307-entry catalog — the whole key union (every plain UI label, `@id` action, `@msg` template, `@plural` pair, `month` abbreviation and craft tagline), written from the meaning of the English labels with each language's standard software vocabulary (Microsoft/Apple style, informal register: je/du/sinä). ## What - `nl.tsv`, `da.tsv`, `sv.tsv`, `fi.tsv`, registered in the language list (11 → 15) with locale matching: `nl-NL`/`nl-BE`, `da-DK`, `sv-SE`/`sv-FI`, `fi-FI` (plus the usual underscore/`.UTF-8` forms).
