storyteller-web: run the crate's unit tests once, not three times
storyteller-web: run the crate's unit tests once, not three times `src/api_doc_server.rs` (`docs`) and `src/api_doc_cli.rs` (`docs-cli`) declare the same module tree as `src/main.rs`. So `cargo test -p storyteller-web` compiled the crate's 714 unit tests into three test binaries and ran all of them three times. Against a local MySQL 8.4, in one workspace run: | Binary | Tests | Time | |------------------|-------|--------| | `docs` | 714 | 163 s | | `docs-cli` | 714 | 69 s | | `storyteller-web`| 714 | 66 s | The docs binaries have no tests of their own (`src/docs` has none), so this marks them `test = false`.
