ar/wordcraft: review fixes (header/footer, Border Painter, Track Changes) Review fixes for `locales/ar/wordcraft.tsv` (17 rows), from a native-speaker review of the Arabic WordCraft interface. - **Header/footer:** "الرأس" reads as "the head". Word's Arabic UI says "ترويسة الصفحة" / "تذييل الصفحة", so the header/footer commands now use those (Edit Header, Remove Footer, Header/Footer Position…). - **Border Painter:** "رسام الحدود" is a literal translation. Changed to "نسخ تنسيق الحدود" (copy border formatting), which says what the tool does. - **Track Changes:** "تعقب التغييرات", the term Word's Arabic UI uses. - **Commands and prompts:** use the verbal-noun form ("
