deckcraft-web: postMessage host bridge (`?host=parent`)
deckcraft-web: postMessage host bridge (`?host=parent`) **Depends on the wasm32 `instance_id` fix (upstream/deckcraft/web-fix): without it the web app panics at start.** Lets a same-origin page that frames DeckCraft in an `<iframe>` open presentations in it and receive what it saves, like the GridCraft and WordCraft web bridges. With `?host=parent` and a same-origin parent: - `deckcraft:ready {version}` once the app listens; - `deckcraft:open {name, bytes}` (ArrayBuffer or Uint8Array) opens like a dropped presentation (.deckcraft, .pptx, .potx, .ppsx, .txt, .md); - every Save, Save As, export and Print PDF that would download posts `deckcraft:sav
