M2.1: copy and cut direct-selected segments and anchors as independent paths (#2122)
[Feature Request] Copy/Cut with Direct Selection: copy only the selected anchors/segment, not the whole path (as in Illustrator) ## Expected In Illustrator, with the Direct Selection tool, select two anchor points (or one segment) of a path and press Ctrl+C, then Ctrl+V (or Paste in Place). Only the selected part is copied: the segment between the two points is pasted as a new open path, and the rest of the original path is not copied. ## Actual Ctrl+C copies the whole path, whatever anchors are selected. Pasting gives a full copy of the original object. Cut (Ctrl+X) is inconsistent: it puts the whole object on the clipboard, but then removes only the selected anchors from the original. ## Steps 1. Draw a path with se
