README: install from Scoop and Homebrew under Community packages
README: install from Scoop and Homebrew under Community packages Adds Scoop and Homebrew to the README's Community packages section, next to the Gentoo overlay (#1149). Both packages already exist in the official community repositories and are updated automatically on release day: - **Scoop:** [`ScoopInstaller/Extras/bucket/photocraft.json`](https://github.com/ScoopInstaller/Extras/blob/master/bucket/photocraft.json). It packages the x64, arm64 and x86 portable zips, keeps settings in `PhotoCraftData` (persisted across updates), adds a Start Menu shortcut and puts `photocraft-cli` on PATH. `checkver`/`autoupdate` read `SHA256SUMS.txt`, and it's at 0.16.0.
