Fonts: the web build embeds craft-fonts' Thai face, so Thai text no longer shows boxes

Fonts: the web build embeds craft-fonts' Thai face, so Thai text no longer shows boxes ## Summary In wordcraft-web 0.11.0 every Thai document draws as boxes. A browser can't read the system's fonts without asking, and the web build keeps only the Georgian craft-fonts face (#3888). The release zip ships `OFL-noto-sans-thai.txt`, but the `.wasm` has no Thai face: its font name tables carry Noto Sans Georgian and nothing for Noto Sans Thai. Noto Sans Thai is 218,652 bytes, about the size of the Georgian face (231,988), so this change embeds it too: - `crates/fonts/src/web_fonts.rs` (new): `WEB_SCRIPTS = ["Geor", "Thai"]` and `embed_on_web(scripts)`. `build.rs` includes this file
