Add a custom header colour preference

Add a custom header colour preference Add a saved header colour preference for the title bar and ribbon tabs. - Offer Default, Blue and Pink presets plus a custom opaque colour. - Keep the preference independent of light/dark appearance and retain the existing default palette. - Choose readable header ink and preserve its contrast on hover. - Tint Discord, Share and account buttons from the selected header colour. The command ribbon and popups retain the existing palette. Linux offscreen previews cover light/dark appearance, colour extremes and narrow contextual tabs. Native packaging and automated regression tests remain outsta
