i18n(fr): translate the 8 interface strings still in English The French catalogue (`crates/ui-egui/src/i18n/fr.tsv`) still lacked 8 strings that the interface shows: - Check for Updates… - Checking for updates… - Could not check for updates: {error} - FilmCraft {version} is currently the newest version available. - Looks for a newer FilmCraft release and offers to update. - Set Work Area Bar In Point / Set Work Area Bar Out Point - Transparency Grid Found with `i18n::tests::missing_translations_report` (fr: 8 missing before, 0 after).
