Linux: keep the window manager's title bar buttons only
Linux: keep the window manager's title bar buttons only ArtCraft-X builds and runs on Linux (I built an AppImage with `npx @tauri-apps/cli@2 build --bundles appimage` on Gentoo, KDE Plasma 6.7 on Wayland, WebKitGTK 2.54), but it showed two sets of window buttons: the window manager's and the app's own. The custom minimize/maximize/close buttons in `TopBar.tsx` were drawn on every platform except macOS, but only Windows hides the native title bar (`decorations(false)` in `setup_main_window.rs`, which notes that `decorations(false)` breaks resizing on Linux). They are now drawn only on Windows; Linux keeps its window manager's buttons. Same fix as s
