Pick up shared window restoration and GNOME Wayland caption buttons
Pick up shared window restoration and GNOME Wayland caption buttons Windows should reopen at their last normal size, or maximized, at any interface size (150% included), and Restore after a maximized restart should return to the last normal size. On GNOME Wayland PhotoCraft draws its own title bar; the system frame there (Preferences › Interface › System title bar) also needs caption buttons. Changes: - Pin the Craft egui family to storytold/egui#3 (`69750b7`, on the 0.37 migration branch). That change stores the interface zoom with the saved geometry, keeps the last normal rectangle while the window is maximized, repeats a requested maximize once X11 has map
