Make Image Trace palettes movable, fitted and selection-aware
Make Image Trace palettes movable, fitted and selection-aware ## What and why Image Trace opens as a movable palette, supports repeated title/header movement, and fits its content while retaining scrolling on short windows. Counts follow the selected trace and its history; Expand deactivates the controls. Hidden retained source images are guarded through both shared Control bar/Properties actions and explicit command IDs. Legacy traces without stored counts omit the row until retraced; multi-selection disables controls instead of choosing an arbitrary object. This real two-parent update combines the accepted public feature with upstream docking at
