i18n: add Italian locale
i18n: add Italian locale Adds Italiano to the launcher UI: a complete it.tsv catalog (all source keys translated) and a LangInfo entry registered after Japanese so existing locale indices stay stable. Italian is Latin-script LTR - no bidi or font changes needed. - it.tsv: full translation of the source catalog - LangInfo entry: plural_one_other, Latn (default) script, complete_menus - New test covering the Italian catalog (31/31 i18n tests pass) cargo fmt, clippy and the i18n test suite are clean.
