Proposal: LiteCADViewer as a lightweight CAD companion ## Community proposal requiring maintainer review Owner: **Dennis-pan-x**, display name Dennis-pan. The viewer repository was created on 2026-10-19 as a CADCraft fork; current Windows preview builds are **unsigned**. This is a new community-maintained application, not an approved official Craft App. Adds a reviewable adoption proposal for the existing lightweight read-only CAD viewer, including source, downloads, original icon, provenance, validation limits and the maintainer decisions needed before distribution. Related: #623 and storytold/cadcraft#1606. This PR changes documentation only.
