perf(stack): cache bounded entropy terms across pixels
perf(stack): cache bounded entropy terms across pixels ## Problem Calculating Shannon entropy during image stack blending repeatedly recomputed `p * log2(p)` terms across every pixel, making the entropy blend mode significantly slower than other stack operations. ## Change - Precompute and cache entropy terms in a bounded lookup table (up to 256 entries) per combine pass, eliminating repeated logarithm evaluations. - Fall back to direct calculation for stacks exceeding 256 layers or small images where table allocation overhead outweighs the savings. - Output remains bitwise-identical to the unoptimized path. ## Performance Measured on 24 MP a
