Preserve raster coverage of thin curved strokes
Preserve raster coverage of thin curved strokes ## What and why Thin curved strokes can lose raster coverage when contour flattening approaches their width. Keep the tighter fitting/flattening for strokes narrower than **four times** the raster tolerance, reducing the previous eight-times scope as requested in review. Wider strokes use the ordinary outline path. Document stroke weight, opacity and vector export geometry remain unchanged. This is a quality fix with a narrower cost range. The literal one-times and two-times alternatives failed the unchanged geometric/raster coverage regression; four-times passed. No coverage threshold,
