Add an Italian interface
Add an Italian interface it.tsv translates the whole interface, the tray menu and tooltip, each app's tagline, the package formats and the backend's install/update messages into Italian, and Settings > Language offers Italiano. Italian locales (it, it-IT, it-CH, it_IT.UTF-8...) select it through Auto. Italian has two plural forms (one|other), like English. Dates read "23 ott 2026", relative times "5 min fa" / "2 giorni fa". Product and app names stay in English. Written clean-room from the meaning of the English labels, not through another catalog. Adds locale, plural, date and message tests, a UI test (tests/itali
