fix(engine): preserve tracked replacement paragraph breaks (#4530)

Track Changes: pasting paragraphs over several paragraphs, then Accept All, joins the pasted paragraphs ## Summary With Track Changes on, select text that spans more than one paragraph and paste text of several paragraphs over it. Accept All then removes the paragraph breaks the paste inserted, so all the pasted paragraphs end up in one. Pasting over a selection inside one paragraph keeps them, and so does Reject All. Seen on current `main` (2cf1d6c7ae94723a45bd6e7e8c884fe375148750). ## Steps (wordcraft-cli) ```sh wordcraft-cli run \ --cmd 'document.setText={"text":"one\ntwo"}' \ --cmd 'review.trackChanges={"value":true}' \ --cmd 'select.all' --cmd 'edit.pasteText={"text":"A1\nB1"}' \
