Properties: test that typed transforms turn about the reference point (#4285)
Properties: test that typed transforms turn about the reference point (#4285) Refs #4285. Tests only, no product code changes. In v0.17.0 the Properties panel's Rotation field and flip buttons sent no `origin`, so they turned the selection about its centre whatever the locator showed. 502b204d (#4146) made them pass the reference point, as the Transform panel does. These tests pin that down in `panels/properties/tests.rs`: - `a_typed_rotation_turns_about_the_reference_point`: with the locator's Top Left square clicked, typing 45° keeps the box's top-left corner in place, in the Transform section and in the whole panel; typing 60° on a rectangle already turned 30° keep
