Silence the Cargo manifest warnings every build prints Every `cargo` invocation in the workspace prints 9 manifest warnings before it starts: - **Version metadata, 7 warnings.** `toml = "1.0.7+spec-1.1.0"` and `serde_yaml = "0.9.34+deprecated"` in `[workspace.dependencies]` carry build metadata, which Cargo ignores in version requirements. It warns once for each crate that uses them (six for `toml`, one for `serde_yaml`). They become `1.0.7` and `0.9.34`, which select the same versions, and `Cargo.lock` doesn't change (`cargo check --workspace --all-targets --locked` passes). - **analytics_job, 2 warnings.** It sets `default-features = false, fea
